A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to book any party and must be received within three days of reservation, or you will be subject to forfeiture of your date. Deposits are refundable only if cancelled six weeks prior to date of party. There will be a $50.00 processing fee for changed dates or times after deposit is received. Full payment of rental must be received four weeks prior to date of party. If party is booked four weeks or less to date of party, final payment is due at that time and there will be no refund for cancellation. You will receive a list of Rules and Regulations at start of party and/or upon request. The balance of food, beverages, or any additional cost must be paid at the end of the party. Gratuity is not included and is up to your discretion and will be appreciated. |

| Rental of Montrose Bowl includes unlimited bowling, shoes, balls and bumper lanes. We have a Juke Box or you may use your CDs with our sound system. You may use our fridge, freezer or oven with prior notice. Please note as a host you are responsible for your guests to adhere to our rules and regulations. Last call on drinks will be 15 minutes prior to the end of party. All guests must leave on time and all food and/or decorations brought must be taken out or disposed of on time as well. (We suggest you start this process 15 to 30 minutes before party end.) For guests under the age of 18, there must be supervision of one adult per lane at all times. Parties with over 40 children will be charged extra $50.00 per hour. We reserve the right to refuse service and shut down lanes for misuse of property. | ||||||||
